Welcome to the Shepherd's Hook!

Not everyone is able to attend our Monday evening or Tuesday morning Bible studies. My hope is that this blog might be a place to share some follow-up comments or questions after Sunday morning worship...or a place to do a little Bible study, at a time that works for you.

In our lectionary calendar, we just came to the end of the Year of Luke. Was there a lesson or idea, in particular, from the last year that "hooked you" or continues to work on you? What was a memorable Scripture lesson or sermon?

    My mom told me about this blog and I'm so happy she did! SVLC still feels like home and being able to peek in on the weekly happenings is a great treat! Thanks Pastor Dan!
